Bhadu Packers provides packing, moving, loading, unloading, transportation, and relocation services for households, offices, and vehicles. All services are subject to availability and prior booking confirmation.

2. Booking and Cancellation

All service bookings must be made in advance through our website, phone, or official communication channels. You may cancel or reschedule a booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee of up to 30% of the quoted amount.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices provided are estimates based on the information shared by the customer. Final pricing may vary based on the actual volume of goods, floor level, distance, and additional services required. Payment must be made either in advance or upon delivery, as per mutual agreement.

4. Liability and Insurance

While we take utmost care in handling your belongings, Bhadu Packers is not liable for damage or loss caused by unforeseeable events, improper packing by the customer, or third-party delays. Insurance for goods is optional and must be requested separately by the customer.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information about the items to be moved, access at pickup and drop-off locations, and being available during the scheduled time. Hazardous materials or illegal items must not be included in the shipment.

6. Delays and Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, natural disasters, strikes, or any events beyond our control. In such cases, we will communicate with you promptly and reschedule if necessary.

7. Dispute Resolution

In case of any disputes, we encourage customers to contact our support team first. Any unresolved matters shall be governed by the laws of India, and the courts in your service location shall have jurisdiction.

8. Changes to Terms

Bhadu Packers reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of those changes.
